Enjoy all the benefits of private training with a friend. We will work with you and a buddy to design a comprehensive program that challenges both participants to maintain a high level of fitness. Similar to our private training option, buddy training includes a customized program in the location of your choices. All equipment is provided at each session.

At Nuffer Fitness, we believe a fun and safe exercise program in a small group setting can serve as great motivation and an excellent platform for weight loss and improved fitness. Each session includes exercises to keep fitness fun and fresh. Small Group Training incorporates full body cardio and strength training exercises using state-of-the art equipment. All sessions end with specialized stretching to help you cool down, prevent injury, and maintain flexibility.
