Russ graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Physical Therapy and minor in Psychology from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a nationally certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and a nationally certified Double Goal Coach by Positive Coaching Alliance. Russ is the Director of Fitness for The Fit Kids Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that brings a free after school fitness program to children in underserved communities. He is also on the adviory comittee of the Stanford GOALS, a research project aimed to improve health through sports and physical activity. With a lifetime love of sports and the outdoors, he enjoys helping people discover the fun in physical fitness and is passionate about introducing a healthy lifestyle to young children.

Growing up very active and engaged in sports and fitness Jimmy enjoys showing kids that fitness can be a great deal of fun. His is currently completing his bachelors degree and learning better ways to help kids stay fit. Years of experience working with kids includes instructing a variety of active summer camps, afterschool programs, and many different sports leagues. With great charisma Jimmy is able to teach and coach kids of all ages.
Daniel has been coaching kids of all ages for over 7 years. He has specialized in developing motor skills kids life lessons through physical activity. He has been recruited to teach kids for many different organizations including The Police Activities League, East Side Youth Athletic Club and EYAC. Daniel has studied Kenpo Karate and played baseball, football of wrestling in high school. He began playing Rugby in College for the University of California in Santa Barbara. After College he returned to San Jose and continues to play Semi-Pro Rugby for the San Jose Seahawks. Daniel is pleased to be back in his home town and feels that his work in sports and fitness is exactly what he is meant to do. Daniels wide range of experience will continue to help him educate students and train future athletes as well as encourage kids to be healthy. With his training from Positive Coaching Alliance and Nuffer Fitness he is a topnotch addition to any child’s athletic regimen.
Originally from Atlanta, Jessica moved to the Bay Area for graduate school. She is a first year grad student at Palo Alto University studying clinical psychology with an emphasis in juvenile forensics. Jessica has worked with children from ages 7-13 for the past 6 years; supervising, refereeing, camp counseling, and coaching various sports. She has also done a lot of volunteer work with big brother/big sister programs with children for the past 3 years. She enjoys sports and played competitively all throughout high school. Currently Jessica participates in intramural sports in her spare time. Fitness has always been a part of her life, and finds it exciting to be ale to teach fitness to America's youth.
As a recent Westmont College graduate with a BS in Kinesiology, Chrissa has a passion for fitness, nutrition and working with kids. She ran varsity track and cross country at Westmont for four years, earning All-American honors in cross country and a conference championship in the 10k. Areas of specialty include running, children in athletics, female athletes, endurance sports, pilates and personal training. She enjoys helping kids and adults reach their fitness goals.

Training for 6 years and certified through NASM Mike specializes in balance development, functional training, core strengthening and weight loss. He has great passion for improving peoples lives through fitness and wellness education. Mike makes fitness fun giving people something to look forward to, which leads to consistency and finally to RESULTS!! Helping to reach your fitness goals is his first priority.
Max Rappoport currently attends Palo Alto University as a graduate student in their Ph.D. Psychology program. Originally from Philadelphia, Max attended the University of Pittsburgh attaining a Bachelor's in Psychology. After college, Max headed out West to Los Angeles with his lifelong buddy and they attempted to take the film scene by storm. After a few short films, a couple screenplays, and a diverse work history, Max decided to pursue higher education in Northern California. Along the way, Max has worked with kids in various facets, including: being a camp counselor, the assistant director of a children's camp in Los Angeles, a middle school tennis coach, a tutor and mentor as well as an after-school science teacher. Max loves working with kids because they keep him young and lighthearted and looks forward to showing many more kids how fun fitness can be.
